Porky's Arrives at Boxpark

SPC has just installed an NCR solution into the third Porky’s BBQ restaurant site in central London, this time in the new and ultra-fashionable Boxpark in Shoreditch – the world’s first “Pop-Up Mall”.


Simon and Joy Brigg, Porky’s proprietors, have always loved America. After years of travelling across the country they decided to bring the taste & flavours of Memphis- style BBQs back home with them so that Londoners can get a little of the great drink, great food and great company that's so plentiful across the Atlantic. Porky’s serves meaty ribs and rib tips, homemade BBQ sauce, juicy
burgers, whole smoked chickens, and pulled pork that’s been cooked low and slow (for over 16 hours) in the smokers imported from Oklahoma, along with cold American craft beers and classic
Tennessee tunes on the speakers.
